- Educational Qualification: Shall be a Graduate (Science / Commerce / Arts) or Post-Graduate. Preference may be given to MSW, MA in Rural Development, MA in Sociology, MA in Psychology, B.Sc. (Veterinary), B.Sc. (Horticulture), B.Sc. (Agri.), B.Sc. (Agri. Marketing), or B.A. with B.Ed.
- Additional Skills: Sound computer knowledge, fluency in local language, and typing skills in the local language.
