- Gynecologist Class-1: MBBS degree; MD (Gynecology) or Post Graduate Diploma in Gynecology; Gujarat Medical Council Registration.
- Pediatrician Class-1: MBBS degree; MD (Pediatrics) or Post Graduate Diploma in Pediatrics; Gujarat Medical Council Registration.
- Food Analyst Class-2: Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in relevant science disciplines with at least 3 years of experience in food analysis.
- Medical Officer Class-2: MBBS degree with Gujarat Medical Council Registration.
- Staff Nurse Class-3: Basic B.Sc. Nursing or Diploma in GNM.
- Senior Clerk Class-3: Graduate from a recognized university with 1 year of experience.
- Clerk cum Computer Data Entry Operator Class-3: Graduate with CCC course pass.

- Age is counted as on 17-11-2026.
- For Medical Officer, Senior Clerk, and Clerk cum Computer Data Entry Operator: 18 to 35 years.
