- Driving License: Male candidates applying for SI in Delhi Police must possess a valid LMV driving license.

- General Posts: 20–25 years (born between 02.08.2001 and 01.08.2006).
- SI (Fire) in CISF: 18–30 years (born between 02.08.1996 and 01.08.2008).
